MEET OWNER/OPERATOR DANIEL BEACH
Originally a Louisiana native, Daniel began his career in the food service industry while in college for architecture at Louisiana State University of Baton Rouge. From line cook to General Manager, he was tasked with ensuring consistent quality in both product and the "southern hospitality" style service he had been steeped in his entire life. He honed his culinary and management skills with La Madeleline's French Bistro and Bakery til 2008. In 2012, he joined Snap Kitchen in Houston, TX and ran the flagship location til his departure in 2017. Snap Kitchen is a fresh, healthy, take-away concept, and it was here that Daniel not only continued to grow as a restaurant manager but also as a branding consultant.
Daniel began Bare Bones Brew Haus, LLC. in May 2018 to tap into the growing mobile food truck scene of Asheville, NC. With the help of a vintage Victoria Arduino Venus espresso machine, some local reclaimed lumber, and a commercial grade tricycle from the Netherlands, Bare Bones Brew Haus has been popping out and perking up ever since.

Serving Asheville, NC and the surrounding areas of Western North Carolina an array of classic espresso beverages, teas, hot chocolate, and coffee. Wedding receptions, banquets, marathons and cycling events, or a seasonal artesian market, no matter the occasion, Bare Bones can do it and add a sophisticated, rustic, European flare in the process. With a vintage Italian espresso machine, 10 gallon water capacity, a plumbed sink and waster water reservoir all on a stout commercial grade work trike, the only thing left to do was shroud it in local reclaimed lumber. Simple, rustic, and refined...Asheville.
